Watercolor & Wine is a hands-on workshop that provides participants a fun education in wine and watercolors. Each class is small and intimate, facilitating as much one-on-one assistance each guest requires. These classes are for private groups of 5-15 people.

Each workshop can customize the subject matter in which they wish to learn how to paint– be it succulents, loose florals, or fruits and veggies! Jordan walks each class through the fundamentals fo layout and color theory and watercolor application. Should a group want a more structured approach to watercolor, they can opt for custom 8x10inch line-art illustrations designed by Jordan to paint in. At the end of each class students have an original watercolor illustration to take home.

The wine education component occurs throughout the class. The first glass of wine is a white, followed by an introduction to the region in which the wine was produced, a short history of the grape and its production, and how to taste the wine. The red wine is served later on in the class with the respective counterparts covered.

All materials will be provided.

If a group is not partial to a type of wine and would prefer two glasses of the same that can be arranged.

The Asheville, North Carolina area. For bookings outside of the area please email Jordan. The Watercolor & Wine Workshops are to be booked by private groups that have a location for the class.
